Shelley McKellar earned a PhD in History from the University of Toronto, and worked as a Smithsonian Scholar at the National Museum of American History in Washington, DC. Shelley McKellar is the Hannah Endowed Chair Medical History, and she is appointed as a joint tenured Associate Professor in the Department of History and the Department of Surgery, at Western University, Schullich School of Medicine and Dentistry in Ontario, Canada.
